The Podcast Launch is a focused development sprint resulting in a fully edited, launch-ready pilot episode in just 5 or 10 business days.

How It Works

This is a dedicated, one-week engagement. Our team works on one Podcast Launch at a time so you get our full attention and creative focus. We’ll build your show from the ground up, using the strategy we developed in your Podcast Lab Report. You’ll walk away with a beautiful, strategic audio asset and the tools and step-by-step plan to share it with the world.

Day 1: Kickoff

We start with a focused sprint kickoff session where I share the project plan, set recording times, outline feedback windows, and confirm your launch date. You’ll know exactly what’s happening and when.

Day 2: Recording

We capture all of your podcast content remotely: your trailer, pilot episode, and recordings for future episodes. I guide you through the process so it’s smooth, efficient, and stress-free.

Day 3: Production

I handle the editing, sound design, and polish. Drafts are shared with you for review and feedback so you feel confident in the final product.

Day 4: Refinement

Together, we fine-tune your episodes and finalize the creative details. This is where your brand voice and values come through loud and clear.

Day 5: Launch & Next Steps

Your trailer and pilot episode are scheduled for release, along with detailed production plans for episodes 2 and 3. We’ll wrap up with a clear roadmap for continued production and promotion, and a moment to celebrate your launch!

  • The sprint is designed to be completed in either 5 or 10 business days, depending on the complexity and format of your show. We’ll decide on the best fit during your Podcast Lab stage, so you know exactly what to expect before we start.

  • We execute everything according to your needs in 5-10 days. How is this possible? We do the bulk of the creative work ahead of time, so that we efficiently utilize your time to get feedback, make edits in real time, polish and launch.

  • Your main role is to show up for our kickoff call, recording session(s), and feedback window. While our team will handle all of the production, editing, and technical work, we will rely on your availability for recording sessions and meetings. Most clients spend 5-6 hours actively involved. But keep in mind, that’s over a 1- or 2-week period, scheduled far in advance, and that’s it!

  • Many clients choose to continue working with us for ongoing production support, but that’s completely optional. The Podcast Launch is designed to be a standalone engagement — if you have in-house capacity, you’ll have all the tools and templates to move forward on your own.
